One estate, every kind of event

Bring everyone. Keep them all in one place.

The Summit Event Center is a private, self-contained estate at 538 Venard Rd, Clarks Summit, PA 18411: woods, rolling lawns, a small lake, big indoor halls and brick residence buildings, all on one property. Your group arrives, settles into their suites, and walks to every session, dinner and party. Nobody drives between hotels, and nobody shares the grounds with strangers.

We book one group at a time, and our on-site team handles setup, flips rooms between sessions, and stays with you until the last guest checks out.

Do we get the whole property?

Yes. We host one group at a time, so the grounds, halls and residences are yours for your dates.

Can you handle food and drinks?

Yes. Meals can be arranged through our kitchen team or a licensed caterer of your choice, and bar service runs through licensed, insured bartenders.

What about A/V, staging and tents?

We coordinate stages, screens, sound, lighting, booths, tents, rentals and décor with trusted local vendors, and include them in one proposal.

What if it rains on the wedding?

The tent is open-sided with sides on standby, and indoor halls on the same property are held as a backup.

Free on-site parking for cars and coach buses. We're about 15 minutes from Scranton, 25 minutes from AVP airport, and roughly two hours from New York City and North Jersey. We can help arrange charter buses.

Can we book in winter?

Yes. All of our buildings are fully winterized and heated, from the halls and dining room to the studios and residence suites, so we host conferences, holiday parties and offsites all year round.

Is there a pool?

Yes, two outdoor pools, open in the summer season. They are a favorite for summer outings, team days and wedding weekends.

Are there wellness and work spaces?

Yes. There is a yoga studio, a Pilates room with reformers, a weight room and a golf simulator, plus private offices and breakout rooms. A VIP room with large TV screens is being set up now.
